About 10 million Uganda shillings was Saturday morning raised by Good Samaritans who had turned up for the ‘Save Kacie’ car wash fundraiser, which was held at Hotel Africana.
The car wash was aimed at raising funds for a 7 year old boy, Kacie, with Sickle Cell Anemia, who needs $ 100,000 to undergo a bone marrow transplant.
Among the good Samaritans that graced the event was the Gagamel CEO Moses Ssali AKA Bebe Cool. The legendary singer participated in the car wash and also donated blood at the event.
The Kabulengane Hit maker later took to her face book page with an emotional message urging the public to help Kacie’s life.
