Kanyamunyus, Cynthia no longer laughing and joking about as deceased Akena's people haunt them with black t-shirts in court

The Kanyamunyus were welcomed by Kenneth Akena's family members donning T-shirts with Justice for Akena as the accused had a quiter day in court.

Mathew Kanyamunyu is accused of killing Akena by shooting at Game Store in Kampala after the deceased allegedly scratched his car.

Mathew who arrived in a prisons bus chained with a suspect was received by grieving family and friends of the fallen social worker.

The group donned black t-shirts and were led by vocal Kitgum woman legislator Beatrice Anywar.

Unlike the previous court session where the Kanyamunyu, girlfriend Cynthia Munwangari and Joseph Kanyamunyu freely laughed and joked, the trio stayed silent in the dock as the justice remanded them back to Luzira Prison.

The trio will return on December 20 to hear their case.
