In what appeared a move to shield the Chinese, legislator Nabila took to random shouts, both urging to be heard.

Minister Amelia demanded from the chair to have legislator Nabilah penalised for accusing her of hypocrisy.

The minister countered her defence by demanding a report on Kikuubo where the better population of Chinese are located.

Legislator Nabilah and some legislators on the committee fear the ultimatum may come to pass.
