Musician Robert Kyagulanyi popularly known as Bobi Wine has opened up to support the Uganda Cranes cause to Gabon.

Uganda Cranes for the first time in as many as 37 years made it to the African Cup of Nations finals to be played in Gabon.

Bobi Wine  presented five million shillings to the Cranes cause.

The musician said he has a duty as a citizen to play a part in the Cranes cause and requested all people from all walks of life to join him.

Bobi said: "We last qualified for Africa Cup of Nations in 1978 when many of us were even not yet born. This is one of the rarest opportunities for us to come together as #Ugandans regardless of tribe, sex, age, religious or political affiliation." He urged: “On this very note, I want to call upon all fellow countrymen to heed to this call and support our team with anything you can afford,”
