Bloody tribal clashes resurfaced in the hot spot district of Kasese leaving several critically injured over the weekend.
Kasese last year witnessed one of the deadliest clashes involving the subjects of the Rwenzururu King Charles Wesley Mumbere and security, which saw 63 dead and 139 arrested.
According to reports, the clashes were sparked off by the actions of Kasese RDC Major James Mwesigye who carried out survey on the land without the consent of the district leaders.
There were no death cases reported, however, several were injured.
Bakonzo King Mumbere and his premier minister were recently released on bail from Luzira Prison.
